Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
- Experience as a driver is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead with a safety mindset to maintain a safety-first culture in the Transportation department.
- Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and policy training.
- Discuss performance with Sr. Transportation Managers and develop improvement plans.
- Direct and supervise the work and productivity of drivers and clerical staff.
- Schedule shifts and ensure on-time outbound shipments and DOT compliance.
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Drive cost-effective, lawful solutions and optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
