Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent business management experience.
• Management experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management and 7 years in a transit management/supervisory role with knowledge of Trapeze v21.
• Labor/union negotiations/expenses expertise.
• Understanding of dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment, and DOT/ADA/FTA compliance.
• MS Office, strong analytical, and communication skills; high multitasking ability.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relations and outreach.
• Identify, train, and mentor location staff.
• Communicate with location staff and support teams.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet availability.
• Oversee safety/training programs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client contact to meet expectations.
• Conduct audits and review operational metrics regularly.
• Ensure financial metrics are managed and action plans are created.
• Support policy adherence and contract/ program changes.
• Participate in labor and employee relations activities.
• Support contract renewals with insights and budgeting.
