You’ll connect clients withBankers for complex needs while adhering to cash handling policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, collaboration with branch teams, and the use of digital tools to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Customer-centric mindset delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must complete a video interview assessment after applying, with prep guidelines provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby environments and assist with in-branch needs.
• Demonstrate how to use Citizens mobile app and ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve financial goals, and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits while ensuring compliance with policies and cash handling procedures.
