Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator to join the team in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the first contact for vendors and client contacts, educate on guidelines, and ensure timely resolution of employee issues.

You will also run reports using CRM and Power BI, participate in safety meetings, and coach associates on attendance policies. The role involves onboarding, I-9s, background checks, and payroll processing, with a focus on data-driven decision making and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in logistics or manufacturing settings.
• Customer service role responsible for client communication.
• Data management experience and proficiency with Office products.
• HR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Ensure employee issues are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and clients.
• Deliver client onboarding orientations.
• Review onboarding documents prior to start.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI).
• Participate in client safety meetings and document incidents.
• Coach associates on attendance policies; conduct performance reviews.
• Process payroll and track attendance and wage compliance.
• Guide candidates through facility tours; assist daily order goals.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
