Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Columbus, OH. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues, educating clients on guidelines, and ensuring timely handling of all workforce matters.

You will coordinate resolutions with partners, deliver onboarding for new hires, review onboarding documents, and run reports to identify workforce challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.
• Data management experience required or preferred.
• HR experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with a highly process-driven environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts regarding employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensure timely and appropriate handling of all employee issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and identify risk areas.
• Deliver client-specific onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth start.
