EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator in Jessup, MD for a temporary assignment. The role requires bilingual Spanish & English communication and focuses on handling employee issues, onboarding, and performance coaching.

You will work with vendors and client contacts, manage onboarding, payroll aspects, and safety programs while using CRM and Power BI to monitor workforce challenges. This position supports operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Customer service experience with client communications.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with process‑driven environments.
• Ability to multi‑task in a high‑pressure setting.
• Ability to align with client goals and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Ensure all employee issues are handled timely and properly.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Deliver client customized new hire orientations.
• Process onboarding documents, I-9s, and background checks.
• Run reports using CRM and Power BI to identify workforce challenges.
• Participate in meetings on safety and operations and document incidents.
