Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience with client communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and expectations for handling employee issues.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and clients.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage and hour compliance.
• Walks candidates through client facility tours and safety programs.
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and performance reviews.
• Runs reports using CRM and Power BI to identify workforce challenges.
