Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience in customer service with client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiar with process-oriented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures issues are handled timely and appropriately.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents prior to start.
• Runs reports to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI).
• Participates in safety meetings and documents incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
