Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to supervise daily personnel activities ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods and services at the Denver site. You will manage onboarding, attendance, payroll processes, safety incidents, and worker’s comp/unemployment documentation while supporting client relationships and forecast planning.

• Conduct new hire orientations and onboardings.
• Audit onboarding requirements and confirm start requirements are met.
• Communicate workforce needs to client for staffing productivity.
• Participate in client forecasting meetings and stay informed on business needs.
• Manage daily attendance and headcount reports; may process weekly payroll and timeclock data.
• Document and investigate safety incidents and participate in safety/operational efficiency discussions.
• Handle workers' comp claims and unemployment documentation.
• Develop rapport with management to maintain consistency across departments.
• Initiate client relationship mapping as needed.
• Run/create reports to identify workforce challenges using CRM, Power BI, and attendance software.
• Coach associates on policies with potential legal implications and lead investigations.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and assign/end associate assignments.
