Job summary

Trane Technologies in Augusta, GA, is seeking a Service Project Administrator to support project documentation, procurement, job costing and invoicing from award to close-out. You will interact with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.

The role requires an Associate's degree and up to two years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established standard work and processes across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate the transition of projects from Sales to Operations within enterprise systems.
• Administer projects through the full life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
• Manage procurement processes per project requirements and issue POs/subcontracts.
• Coordinate monthly customer invoicing per requirements and guidance to ensure timely/billing.
• Coordinate with project team for accurate recording of costs and time sheets.
