Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.

Pay is $23.11 per hour, with weekly pay. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driver’s license with clean record; licensing may be required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition and discipline as appropriate.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift for the assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and logs as required.
