Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at an office complex on a full-time basis. The position offers a starting rate of $22.66 per hour and a pathway to serve and protect clients with a focus on safety, customer service, and team leadership.

The Shift Supervisor will coordinate with site leadership and officers, supervise staff on the shift, and ensure adherence to procedures, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers on assigned shift.
• Coordinate with site supervisor and client contacts.
• Prepare logs and incident reports.
