Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving license with at least 1 year driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screen may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless client-site tech.
• Ability to handle crises and maintain calm, professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality of service to the client.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and logs for the shift.
