Ro Health in Massachusetts is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in school settings for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. This role focuses on meaningful, student-centered ABA therapy with 1:1 support and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavior therapy per individualized plans.
• Support targets in IEP goals: behavior, social, communication, academics.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition; adjust strategies with BCBA.
• Help students build independence across routines and transitions.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and prevent challenging behaviors.
• Communicate with educators, families, and supervisors; maintain confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings and supervision for progress and development.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT
