The ideal candidate has managerial experience in a group home, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time, with weekday hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing a group home is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ID/DD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct care including showering, toileting, grooming, and meals.
• Staff scheduling, on-call, training, supervision, and relationship management.
• Case management: ISP development, medical appointments, and reviews.
• Handle payroll, manuals, petty cash, house accounts and payee accounts.
• Teach daily living skills and social/financial routines.
• Serve as liaison between agency, families, and guardians.
• Implement behavioral interventions and emergency procedures.
• Administer and document medications accurately.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
