Job summary

Waystone Health & Health Services is seeking a Residential Program Manager for group homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will lead a team, develop Individual Support Plans, ensure quality care, and coordinate medical needs with clinical staff.

The role includes on-call responsibilities, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, with 24/7 operations support and potential evening/weekend coverage. Compensation ranges from $46,800 to $52,264 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field; substituted by HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years' IDD experience
• Experience supervising and coordinating staff in residential/human services settings
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to follow ISPs and document services
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; problem-solving skills
• MAP Certification; training offered within 6 months of employment
• CPR/First Aid; training offered within 3 months of employment
• Valid driver's license with at least one year driving experience, able to train staff on wheelchair-accessible vans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems (HCSIS, Ehana, Relias)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach staff, ensure ongoing staff training and supervision
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) with the clinical team
• Ensure quality health care and medical appointments for individuals and follow clinical recommendations
• Coordinate with nurses, clinicians and day programming for behavioral and medical needs
• Maintain positive relationships with families and guardians and prepare for meetings
• Manage medication orders and administration, and update records as required
• Provide on-call coverage and respond to incidents and staffing needs
