Job summary

Lifeworks, Inc. in Natick, MA seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead a single-gender residential program, provide hands-on care, and coordinate ISPs, medical scheduling, and staff management. This role focuses on trauma-informed, dignity-centered care and strong communication with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; related experience preferred.
• Must pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and driving background checks.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• MAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on direct care: showering, toileting, shaving, brushing teeth, meal-time assistance.
• Handle staffing: scheduling, on-call, training, supervision and relationship management.
• Develop and implement ISPs, schedule medical appointments and clinical reviews.
• Manage administrative tasks: payroll, manuals, petty cash and house accounts.
• Teach activities of daily living: social skills, routines, financial management.
• Liaise with families, friends and guardians.
• Oversee behavioral interventions and emergency procedures.
• Administer and document medications timely and accurately.
• Maintain safe work environment and report injuries to HR.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
