Job summary

Center for Human Development Meadows Homes in West Springfield, MA, seeks a dynamic Program Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of 4-5 residential homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role supervises House Supervisors and 50+ direct care staff, ensuring compliance with DDS, CARF, and CHD standards while guiding ISP development and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise House Supervisors across 4-5 residential homes.
• Provide leadership and oversight to 50+ direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, CARF, CHD, and other regulations.
• Oversee budgets and fiscal responsibilities.
• Support ISP development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Maintain high-quality health, safety, and clinical supports.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and personnel management.
• Participate in on-call management and after-hours leadership.
