Lifeworks is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager to support individuals with ID/DD in one of our residential programs in Norwood, MA. The role focuses on hands-on care, staff management, and program oversight.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and MAP certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months. Equal opportunity employer with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a group home.
• Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; related experience preferred.
• Must pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and driving background checks.
• MAP certification, or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on direct care duties as needed (showering, toileting, personal care, meal support).
• Manage staffing: scheduling, on-call, training, supervision, and relationship management.
• Develop and implement ISPs, coordinate medical appointments, and conduct program reviews.
• Oversee administrative tasks: payroll, manuals, and petty cash/house accounts.
