Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based program in Meridian, ID. This full-time role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data, and engaging children with autism in therapeutic activities.

You will work closely with families to explain strategies, ensure adherence to ethical behavior analysis, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or BACB-recognized 40-hour course completed
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with families
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
