Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our center in Meridian, Idaho.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB 40-hour training completion
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• CPR certification before start date
• Pass a criminal background check
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work fully on-site in a center-based setting
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
• Communicate with families about their child’s progress and strategies
