Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Charlotte center. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage families to support therapy goals in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-accepted equivalente
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• CPR certification required before start date
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
