Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect precise progress data using clinical software.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. A valid driver’s license is required to support transportation between settings and sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA in Psychology or Education is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
