Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Lead Program Specialist to oversee the CRS program, ensuring services meet regulatory requirements and ISP plans. You will lead assessments, coordinate services, and train staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will also supervise PS staff, monitor program quality, and collaborate with the director to ensure compliant, person-centered services with a focus on health, safety, and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services related field and two years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities OR Master's degree in a related field and one year of such experience.
• Two years of experience as a Program Specialist or similar role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PA ODP 6100/6400 regulations preferred; able to work with a unionized workforce.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; effective problem-solving and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Locate, implement, coordinate, and monitor services for identified individuals through collaboration with health services, quality improvement, and supports coordination.
• Complete a comprehensive annual assessment and update it with changes in medical, behavioral, financial, and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and update Social Emotional Environmental Needs Plans (SEEP) as required; ensure ISP accuracy and implementation.
• Coordinate finances within eligibility limits and ensure access to funds for activities.
• Lead trainings, supervise staff, and participate in on-call rotations as part of program leadership.
• Ensure medical appointments are scheduled, attended, and documented per regulations.
