Qualifications

• 2+ years of intake, sales, claims, or legal support with documented follow-up.
• Follow intake scripts and checklists exactly; escalate to an attorney when needed.
• Strong written documentation habits; accurate file naming and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM/case-management software and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage high call volume and keep leads current the same day.
• Bilingual with Spanish strongly preferred.
• Notary public commission in Georgia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen every new lead.
• Take inbound calls, web chats and form leads and capture exact lead source.
• Follow Georgia intake scripts for car wrecks, trucking and premises liability.
• Collect complete contact, incident, injury, treatment and insurance information on first call.
• Determine bodily injury viability and statute-of-limitations risks early.
• Run a live conflict check on every party before intake proceeds; stop if a conflict exists.
• Escalate on mandatory triggers and never give legal advice.
• Convert viable leads into signed clients.
• Explain contingency fee and admin fee clearly and confidently.
• Send the welcome packet electronically before the call ends.
• Run follow-up cadence until engagement is signed.
• Request photos, videos, witness information, licenses, and insurance cards.
• Launch the case and send open records requests within five business days.
• Manage referrals and the pipeline.
