CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Personal Injury Intake Lawyer who is licensed outside the United States. The role combines legal SME responsibilities with high-performance sales closing, to improve intake quality and conversion rates across our remote team.

You will guide Intake Specialists, stay current on personal injury law, educate on updates, conduct consultations, and push for at least 10 signed clients per week while maintaining integrity and

Qualifications

Licensed attorney outside the United States.
Minimum of 4 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
Strong ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently.
Proven success in sales intake or client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Intake Department.
Guide Intake Specialists on legal questions, eligibility, and issue resolution.
Stay current on personal injury laws, state requirements, and best practices.
Educate the intake team on legal updates during client consultations.
Conduct consultations with prospective clients and communicate the value of legal representation.
Utilize consultative sales techniques to maximize client retention and conversion.
Achieve a minimum performance goal of 10 signed clients per week.
Assist Intake Specialists with difficult or high-value consultations.
