Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct intake experience with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with intake/case tracking software and VoIP in a remote setup; CasePeer favored.
• Ability to respond promptly and move leads to signed engagements.
• Strong data entry and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Intake Management: handle inbound intake calls and full intake from initial call through file setup.
• Client Conversion: move qualified prospects through engagement, follow-up, and onboarding.
• Data Entry: accurately enter intake information into CasePeer and keep files organized.
• Initial Documentation: prepare letters of representation and related documents, collect police reports.
• Intake Follow-Through: track inquiries, information, and documents to prevent dropped leads.
• Initial Supporting Documentation: gather medical treatment details and incident documents for intake.
• Client Communication: maintain clear, timely communication with prospects and new clients.
• Collaboration: coordinate with team via Microsoft Teams.
