Job summary

Telecare Corporation's Windsor Center is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach I to engage with adults and youth, helping them explore and meet recovery goals within Telecare's RCCS framework. You will support the recovery culture and coordinate with the team to respect each member's preferences and needs.

Responsibilities include de‑escalation in crisis situations, promoting least restrictive interventions, and fostering hope through empathetic conversation during daily activities and appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification as Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist or equivalent.
• Experience in behavioral health support preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and assist in setting recovery goals.
• Provide supportive conversations and promote RCCS culture.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation and least restrictive approach.
