Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach II to engage members, explore recovery goals, and guide peers under supervision. You will support the delivery of peer services, supervise peers, and provide educational supervision to advance the peer workforce across programs.

Responsibilities include promoting Telecare's Recovery Culture, responding to crises with de-escalation, and collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure high‑quality care within a least restrictive framework.

Qualifications

• Two years or part-time equivalent supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges.
• Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Engage, inspire, and facilitate conversations to help members meet recovery goals.
• Coach and supervise peer staff and deliver peer services.
• Respond to crises with de-escalation to maintain least restrictive environment.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor and program leadership.
