Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Peer Recovery Coach I to engage with members, inspire conversation, and help them explore and meet recovery goals. The role reinforces Telecare’s Recovery Culture within RCCS and requires strong de-escalation skills for emergencies related to mental health or addiction.

Shifts available include Full-Time AM, with starting wage range described; Telecare applies geographic pay differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Peer Certification must be obtained prior to hire and maintained.
• Washington CPC and AAC certifications within required timeframes.
• At least 1 year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting behavioral health clients.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle in your name.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to explore, create, and meet recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to the team to reinforce the Recovery Culture and RCCS.
• Respond to emergencies with high-level engagement and de-escalation to maintain a least restrictive environment.
