Job summary

Elwyn in Pennsylvania seeks an Operations Manager to implement, oversee, and ensure high-quality services within the ICF program in line with IPP goals and regulatory requirements.

You will supervise program supervisors, coordinate services, monitor safety and HIPAA compliance, and lead staff development and meetings to maintain continuous active treatment and appropriate clinical support.

Qualifications

• 60 credits or an Associate Degree in a human service field, Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirements
• Three years of experience in a supervisory position
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and supervise a team and work autonomously
• Knowledge of ICF/IID regulations and related health insurance rules

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire to build a team of supervisors and staff
• Supervise program Supervisors and direct support professionals
• Oversee staffing schedules for consistent coverage
• Ensure staff training compliance on individuals’ needs and required trainings
• Lead staff meetings and train on Active Treatment and behavior supports
• Monitor safety, HIPAA compliance, and facility readiness
• Complete timekeeping and report infractions or policy violations
• Perform CPR and crisis intervention as trained
• Participate in on-call rotation and other duties as assigned
