Job summary

Career Team is hiring an Adult and Dislocated Bilingual Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services. This on-site role supports the One-Stop workforce program and partners with community organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in operations, with strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or equivalent roles.
• Knowledge of WIOA program requirements and workforce development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and intensive case management.
• Complete intake and eligibility determinations for workforce programs.
• Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs and guide them through IEPs.
• Maintain compliant client files and document progress in data systems.
• Refer clients to services and follow up on outcomes.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and group sessions.
