Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of community resources.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn databases and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and case management services to the community and eligible participants.
• Collaborate with intake to complete eligibility determinations for workforce programs.
• Assess job seekers’ employment goals and training needs through interviews and tests.
• Counsel clients on available job opportunities, training programs, and services.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with documentation.
