Job summary

Career Team in Orange County, CA, is hiring a Career Advisor (Case Manager) to provide intensive case management and counseling for adults and dislocated workers enrolled in WIOA Title I programs. You will help identify employment goals, navigate barriers, and document services in accordance with federal, state, and local policies.

The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish professionally and clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with workforce development programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management for participants in WIOA programs.
• Assist with intake, eligibility, enrollment, and documentation.
• Develop and update Individual Employment Plans and assessments.
• Maintain regular contact with participants via in-person, virtual, and phone.
• Deliver job development and assist participants in unsubsidized placements.
• Carry up to 80 active participants; follow-up with up to 100.
