Career Team in California is seeking an Adult and Dislocated Bilingual Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services on-site. You will work under the supervision of the Project Director to support job seekers.

The role requires strong communication, a bachelor?s degree or higher, and at least 5 years in operations. Bilingual abilities are highly valued, and you must be comfortable using MS Word and Excel to manage client data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge about community resources.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
• Ability to use MS Word and Excel to manage client data.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and case management services to the community.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for the workforce program.
• Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs and abilities through interviewing and testing.
• Serve as liaison between workforce programs and community partners.
• Enter data into participant information systems and other databases as required.
