Career Team in California is seeking an Adult and Dislocated Bilingual Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services onsite at the One-Stop center. The role requires strong communication, knowledge of the WIOA program, and the ability to work with a diverse community.

You will assess needs, develop Individual Employment Plans, guide clients to trainings and job opportunities, and maintain accurate files while ensuring program compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge about community resources.
• Must be computer literate with MS Word and Excel; ability to learn specialized databases and software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information and case management services to the community.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for the workforce program.
• Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs and abilities through interviewing and testing.
• Serve as a liaison between workforce programs and community partners.
• Enter data into client information systems and other required databases.
• Develop Individual Employment Plans (IEP) for all customers and provide referrals and tracking into contracted programs.
• Meet or exceed program benchmarks and participate in staff events and training.
• Complete all required reports.
