Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, work experience in healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience, or related marketing experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• Travel 10-15% and overnight travel as needed.
• Reside in or near the district.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Partner with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience and build relationships.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for Oncology products in indicated uses.
• Understand cancer staging, treatment options, and their impact on patients.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment across multiple channels.
• Review patterns of products purchased and prescribed (outpatient vs inpatient).
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the local team.
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and needs.
• Ensure consistent customer experience across divisions and collaborate with key teams.
