Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on location.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required (PC III).
• Minimum of six months of experience in behavioral health (PC III).
• Certification requirements vary by site/regulatory location.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management including safety checks and de-escalation.
• Group facilitation and EHR documentation.
• Meal support and adherence to allergy-safety system.
• Administrative duties including transportation, mail, and supply tasks.
• Take patient vitals, weights, and assist with meal services.
