Job summary

Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role includes milieu management, meal support, group facilitation, and administrative tasks working across multiple locations in Washington.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and state credentials as applicable. ServSafe certification may be required; bachelor’s in behavioral health is needed for PC III level.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Milieu management: maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Group facilitation and documentation in EHR.
• Meal support and supervision of meals and snacks.
• Administrative support including patient transport and mail distribution.
