Job summary

NFIB is hiring a Membership Sales Representative in the United States. You’ll meet small business owners in their communities, present NFIB’s mission, and close memberships on the spot. It’s a hunter/closer role with a proven sales model and uncapped earning potential.

We provide training pay during onboarding, weekly commissions, and monthly/quarterly bonuses. Average annual compensation is $80,000–$200,000, with significant upside for top performers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage directly with small business owners in person.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
