Housing Forward seeks an Interim Housing Manager to oversee the Interim Housing program under the Director of Emergency Services. You will support clients toward exit into housing, address behavior concerns, and coordinate with staff, case managers, and community partners to ensure health and safety.

You will supervise staff, conduct client orientation, maintain HMIS data accuracy, and lead life-skills programming while ensuring services meet funding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in social services.
• MSW-related master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Conducts new client orientation meetings.
• Meets with client and case manager in Week 5 to review housing plan and target exit date.
• Meets with client and case manager every 90 days after Week 5 to review progress.
• Reviews with Director clients not progressing to determine response and follow through.
• Conducts case conferencing for move-outs/move-ins and behavior concerns.
• Meets with client and case manager regarding incidents and inspections.
• Develops and oversees client group programming including life-skills groups.
• Participates in staff interviews and on-boarding; conducts annual reviews.
• Works with Facilities Manager and Program Associate to ensure meals and supplies.
• Ensures HMIS data entry is timely and accurate; supports data reporting.
