Job summary

PATH is seeking a Program Manager, Interim Housing in San Jose, CA to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise service delivery staff within the Interim Housing Services team.

The role requires developing and enforcing program policies, coordinating with internal and external departments, and providing staff training to ensure accessible, high-quality services for program participants, with emphasis on trauma-informed care and safety.

• Maintain accurate data and complete paperwork in agency records and databases.
