Job summary

HOPICS in Los Angeles seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison for Interim Housing Providers and sites under the Housing Support program. The role emphasizes program operations, compliance, and data-driven oversight to advance participant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social services or related field; 2+ years in homeless services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in HMIS/CHAMPS and Microsoft Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with assigned providers and sites to ensure program alignment.
• Review and ensure ICPs and Housing/Service Plans are in place within 30 days of enrollment and updated every 90 days.
• Enter and maintain all required case notes, assessments, and 5x5/ECM data in HMIS/CHAMPS per timelines to ensure compliance.
• Supervise onsite program staff and provide training and technical assistance as needed.
• Prepare and present data reports on program performance and outcomes.
