Job summary

Hope The Mission is seeking a Program Manager for Interim Housing to lead 24/7 site operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with funder requirements and program standards in Van Nuys, CA.

The role focuses on delivering housing‑first services, coordinating across departments, and maintaining high safety and quality standards while meeting contract obligations and outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with equivalent experience considered; 3+ years in homeless or human services programs; 3+ years supervisory experience; knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma‑Informed Care.
• HMIS and/or CHAMP experience (preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to drive as part of work

Responsibilities

• Ensures program operations comply with funder requirements and standards
• Monitors KPIs, data integrity, and quality assurance processes
• Direct supervision of program staff across all shifts and ensure trauma‑informed service delivery
• Responds to incidents and ensures proper documentation and escalation as required
