Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Doctorate preferred.
• MSW, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical masters degree.
• 1–3 years’ experience working with families involved in or at risk of child welfare involvement.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems including Microsoft Office.
• Experience serving low‑income and culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all incoming referrals.
• Ensure smooth workflow across teams, balancing caseloads to meet funder expectations.
• Serve as a liaison with funders and community providers to maintain collaboration and service quality.
• Review clinical reports and track key deliverables to ensure timely, accurate services.
• Oversee charting compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Provide ancillary supervision, facilitate team meetings, and conduct in‑service trainings as needed.
