Montefiore Medical Center’s University Behavioral Associates is seeking an Intake Coordination Supervisor to lead intake operations for families in the Bronx. You will coordinate referrals, balance caseloads with supervisors, and serve as a key liaison with funders and community providers to ensure timely, high-quality services.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 1–3 years of clinical experience, with Doctorate preferred, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required; Doctorate preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience with families involved in or at risk of child welfare.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Experience serving low-income and culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all incoming referrals.
• Ensure smooth workflow across teams and balance caseloads with supervisors.
• Serve as liaison with funders and community providers to maintain collaboration and service quality.
• Review clinical reports and track deliverables to ensure timeliness and impact.
• Oversee charting compliance and provide supervision, meetings, and trainings as needed.
