Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• MSW, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical masters degree.
• 1–3 years’ experience with families involved in or at risk of child welfare.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Experience serving low-income and culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all incoming referrals.
• Balance caseloads and meet funder expectations across teams.
• Serve as liaison with funders and community providers.
• Review clinical reports and track key deliverables.
• Oversee charting compliance.
• Provide supervision, facilitate meetings, and conduct trainings.
