Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, human services, psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human services, psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of homeless services and community resources; ability to navigate grants and contracts.
• Valid state driver’s license and willingness to drive as needed.
• Safe from Harm, CPR and First Aid training within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff; trains employees in procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates programs to stabilize individuals and families and provide crisis intervention.
• Monitors day-to-day program operations and ensures accurate reporting and audit readiness.
• Liaises with community partners; promotes services and makes referrals for homeless assistance.
• Responds to client issues and complaints; conducts case reviews and implements corrective actions.
• Supports program audits and acts as the primary contact during reviews.
