Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Program Manager – Services to lead Access & Engagement and Housing Services programs. This hands-on leadership role supervises staff, maintains service quality, ensures contract compliance, and manages documentation, data, and reporting for funders.

Reporting to the Director of Programs, the role covers multiple program areas including outreach and housing services. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in homelessness services with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in homelessness services with program or staff supervision.
• Experience with contract compliance, program operations, and funder reporting.
• Working knowledge of HMIS/Clarity and data quality standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and direction for assigned Access & Engagement and/or Housing Services programs.
• Ensures assigned programs deliver all services required by the Scope/Statement of Work.
• Oversees Outreach/Engagement programs, housing linkage, and case management.
• Monitors goals, performance benchmarks, and outcomes; adjusts as needed.
• Maintains dignity, respect, and consistency in service delivery.
• Ensures compliance with funder requirements and data reporting.
