Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management within Human Services, Social Services or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field required. Master’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted?

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff; trains employees and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Develops and evaluates program services; coordinates audits and updates procedures.
• Prepares end-of-month reports, statistics, and grant information as needed.
• Attends meetings with partners and community agencies; leads program supervision sessions.
• Assists with billing questions and may carry a small caseload as needed.
